Gluten & Dairy Free Stuffing

All Ingredients Needed:

Whole or half loaf GF\ DF bread (Canyon Bakehouse)

1-2 cups chopped celery

1-2 cups chopped onion

1-2 cups GF veggie or chicken Broth

1-2 eggs

2-3 tbsp GF poultry seasoning

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper to taste

Can add other ingredients (nuts, cranberries, etc.)

Preheat oven to 350

Step 1: Dry out bread over night or in the oven at 175 for about 10 minutes. Should not be like toast but dry enough.

Step 2: Tear bread into small pieces in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add 2 cups of broth, 2 eggs, and all chopped veggies into the large bowl with the bread pieces. If you are doing half a loaf, only add 1 cup of broth, 1 egg, and the 1 cup of each veggie.

Step 4: After you mix your ingredients together, begin to add in the poultry seasoning and other seasonings to taste.

Step 5: Transfer to oven safe dish. Cook at 350 for 40-60 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, check on periodically to bake to your liking.

Just be sure to triple check all your ingredients and seasonings are GF!
